Serving the communities of Badger, Pinehurst and Miramonte
Bookmobile
The Tulare County Bookmobile comes once per month to the SCC on the third Fridays of each month. Current hours are 12-2 p.m. The librarians provide activities for children and lectures/workshops for adults. Patrons can order books and have them brought up, as well as checking out the selection that comes with the Bookmobile each month. Library cards are free and can be obtained during Bookmobile hours. Librarians can help with online book orders, too!

Food Link
FoodLink provides boxes of either pantry staples or produce twice per month. This project is in transition and we do not yet know when these boxes will be distributed. Contact Joni Jordan by either email (jonibjordan.scc@gmail.com, text or call (559-553-2225).
Narcotics Anonymous Meeting
This program is affiliated with the Narcotics Anonymous parent organization and is open to all community members and travelers. From the NA literature: There are no strings attached to NA. We are not affiliated with any other organizations, we have no initiation fees or dues, no pledges to sign, no promises to make to anyone. ...We are not interested in what you have done in the past...but only in what you want to do about your problem and how we can help. If you would like more information please call 805-291-9048. The group meets from 6:30 to 7:30 every Tuesday.
Safety Team
Safety Team meets regularly to organize readiness for fire and medical emergencies. Their work includes creating a FireWise Community and working with CalFire and Tulare County Fire to bring initiatives and information to the community about fire mitigation.
